Founded in 2016 by Filip De Zutter and Jef De Rycke, former Crathern/Perondi employees. A merger between JFTechnics, Zomergem, Belgium and Crathern Machinery Europe, Wetteren, Belgium. The new company is Perondi Group bvba and is located in a new facility in Zomergem, Belgium.

We build our own machinery and are specialized in Casemakers and Laminators, Transparant Box Machines, Slip Case Machines, Corner Cutters and Rigid Box Machines. Apart from providing service, spare parts and new machinery, we also offer reconditioned and rebuilt machines. This way we can offer solutions to most needs and budgets.

All second hand machines are fully revised. Worn parts are replaced and all electric components are tested and changed if necessary.

HISTORY

2002 . JFTechnics was founded

JFTechnics was founded in 2002 by Filip De Zutter and Jef De Rycke, former Crathern/Perondi employees. Their main activity was servicing and repairing Crathern, Perondi and FMC machinery.

2008 . Crathern Machinery Europe

In 2008 we created a new branch, Crathern Machinery Europe, that took over the activitities of the former CSE nv, Wetteren, Belgium. C.M.E. then became the European distributor for Crathern Machinery Group Inc., Manchester, NH, USA.

2010. JFTechnics and C.M.E. joined into Perondi Group

Since 2010, when Crathern Machinery Group Inc. had decided to cease their operations JFTechnics and C.M.E. joined into Perondi Group and continued to provide service and spare parts to their European customers. We acquired the inventory of all Perondi spare parts, combined with all technical drawings and customer files we make the ideal source for service and spare parts for Crathern/Perondi machinery.

2011 . We started building our own machinery

In 2011 we started building our own machinery and are specialized in Casemakers and Laminators, Transparant Box Machines, Slip Case Machines, Corner Cutters and Rigid Box Machines.

2016 . Official merger between JFTechnics and Crathern Machinery Europe

March 2016 : We proudly announce the official merger between JFTechnics, Zomergem, Belgium and Crathern Machinery Europe, Wetteren, Belgium. The new company is Perondi Group bvba and is located in a new facility in Zomergem, Belgium.
